Hello! My name is Steff Gallante and I’m a Wellness Educator. I hold a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am a E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Mindfulness+Meditation Coach, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and Zumba Instructor. I received my Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certification from the Himalayan Institute. I’ve been a wellness coach for over 5 years and I am a part-time lecturer at Rutgers University for the Department of Kinesiology and Health. I am passionate about sharing my love for Ayurveda and using self-care and mindfulness practices to promote mental and emotional health!
