I freaking love talking about all things well-being from a liberation lens.
Interested in having me on your podcast?
HERE ARE TOPICS I LIKE TO DISCUSS:
Fitness, wellness, self-care, and mental & emotional health
Sustainable self-care practices through Ayurveda and Yoga sciences
Navigating overwhelm and burnout
Working through grief with self-care support
Centering humanity, self-care, and community care in the workplace
Mindful leadership
Honestly, this is just a short list, I’m usually game for anything “wellness” so if you have an idea, share it!
