Sustainable self-care practices for leaders.

Show up to your work, responsibilities, and community care more resourced.

Offerings:

Keynotes, plenary sessions, workshops, retreats, ongoing group wellness programming, and more on the following topics:

  • Make your self-care “work” for you.

  • Navigating overwhelm and burnout and breaking the cycle with sustainable self-care.

  • Humanity, self-care, and community care as the foundation of a well workplace.

  • Mindful leadership through self and community care.

Got another topic in mind that connects to my work? Awesome! Please share it with me and let’s see what we can create together!

(Sessions can be held in person or virtually.)

My speaking style is very much facilitation-oriented. Sessions are dynamic, engaging, and collaborative. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversation, self-reflection, and discuss challenges during our time together.
