Self-Care Attunement
A one-month guided experience for attuning to what you need and creating space for care through fall and these upside-down times.
Structure, support, and space for life to happen.
September 20–October 25, 2026
Live online group mentorship session: Sunday, September 20 at 4pm ET
As you prepare for the upcoming fall season, you might notice your jaw clenching, your neck tensing, your shoulders tightening, or your mind beginning to flitter more than you’d like. Maybe there’s a swirling or a pit in your stomach.
Yes, there are sweaters, pumpkins, cider, cinnamon-clove things galore, colorful leaves, and soups to look forward to.
And.
Along with all of that goodness, this time of year can also bring a busier schedule, more responsibilities, and less steadiness.
It can be a battle of extremes—beautiful and nourishing in some ways, overwhelming and exhausting in others. And that’s before we factor in the effects of the upside-down times we’re living in.
Self-Care Attunement is a one-month guided experience for cultivating a self-care practice that meets you where you are and can move with you through the season ahead.
ATTUNEMENT
Listening closely.
Responding to what you notice.
Paying attention to what’s actually here: your body, your energy, your capacity, your needs, your circumstances, and the world around you.
In Self-Care Attunement, we’ll practice bringing that quality of attention to your self-care—learning to notice what you need, what’s possible, and what might need to change, rather than forcing yourself to follow a rigid predetermined plan.
Instead of adding another set of shoulds to your life, Self-Care Attunement offers a container for practicing—listening to what you need, noticing your capacity and energy, and exploring what care can look like within the life you’re actually living.
PRACTICING
Notice. Listen. Respond.
We’ll begin together.
Our 90-minute live group mentorship session will be an opportunity to:
01
Set a sankalpa, or commitment to support your highest truth, for the month or season ahead.
02
Choose one self-care practice to explore.
03
Consider how that practice can fit your actual life, including your time, energy, support, and emotional capacity.
04
Identify potential obstacles and ways to meet them with compassion.
05
Create a personalized weekly check-in prompt to return to throughout the month.
And I’ll be there to support you with questions or roadblocks that come up along the way.
Then, we’ll stay connected.
Each week, you’ll receive individualized email support based on the intention and practice you created in our opening session.
Your check-ins will offer:
