Got another topic in mind that connects to my work? Awesome! Please share it with me and let’s see what we can create together!
(Sessions can be held in person or virtually)
My speaking style is very much facilitation-oriented. Sessions are dynamic, engaging, and collaborative. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversation, self-reflection, and discuss challenges during our time together.
Steff’s commitment to the essential question, “Who is wellness for?” is not just rhetorical; it’s embodied in the way she holds space, offers transparency, and teaches with precision and care.
“
Steff brings a rare blend of knowledge, wisdom, and humanity, always reminding us that the work of justice and wellness must include rest. She leads with clarity and compassion, offering guidance that is both expansive and grounded in lived experience.
I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Steff to anyone seeking a teacher, collaborator, or guide who shows up with integrity and intention.
Working with her —both professionally and personally—has been a deep gift.”
