Long Bio:
Steff Gallante (she/her) is an Ayurveda practitioner, self-care coach, yoga teacher, speaker, college educator, and host of the podcast, Humaning: the shit we need to talk about. She helps liberation and social-change oriented people who are burned out or overwhelmed explore self-care in an easeful and personal way with flexible and sustainable practices.
Her work centers on guiding clients in supporting their mental, emotional, physical, and energetic health by incorporating yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and Ayurveda self-care practices. She empowers her clients through one-on-one and group sessions to navigate everyday stress, work through the effects of trauma, alleviate burnout, decrease overwhelm, and promote more ease and joy in their daily lives in a deeply personal and sustainable way. Her services provide holistic support so her clients can be more fully resourced and authentically show up in the world to support their community.
Steff holds a Masters of Education in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her credentials include: E-RYT 500, mental health and trauma-informed yoga teacher and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist licensed by the Himalayan Institute, and Zumbaⓡ Instructor. Steff is a lecturer for Rutgers University's Department of Kinesiology and she facilitates wellness workshops for businesses and conferences.
