21. The future of your well-being depends on you living in tune with yourself

Society has taught us to bypass and gaslight ourselves.

In this episode, the shit we need to talk about is: From a very young age, we are taught to look for validation and information outside of ourselves ABOUT OURSELVES. Surprise, surprise: It's not working.

Drop in for a conversation all about how you can begin to tune into yourself, ways to actually meet yourself there so you can LIVE IN TUNE with yourself (including spring-aligned options!). A supportive place to start: your morning routine that honors how you're feeling in the moment, bandwidth, capacity and how you want to experience your day.

We take the conversation a step further talking about practices that help you strengthen your digestion - and we’re not really talking too much about food here! - through daily rhythm, slowing down, and creating space for regeneration and rejuvenation.

How will you move forward now with awareness, intention, compassion, and grace while amplifying self-love?

The conversation comes to a close with a personal share about my own experiences and how the hardest time of my life lead me to create the Wholistic Self-Care Collective - so you don’t have to figure out all of your self-care on your own or do it alone!
