33. Savor summer’s sweetness

And mindfully prepare for fall

This month, for many of us, is one of great transitions, especially here in the US. I am willing to bet you or someone in your close network is heading back to work or school or more responsibilities on a likely more rigid schedule sometime within the next 3-4 weeks.

There tends to be a lot of feelings, perhaps some excitement (for some new stuff coming), and also tough emotions like anxiety, worry, dread, and deep sadness around what’s ending and feeling unprepared for what’s next because you didn’t quite get enough of all the summer goodness. …And for some of you, you know the end of the year burnout is looming.

In this episode, the shit we need to talk about is: savoring summer’s sweetness and mindfully preparing for fall. And the offerings include:

  • A mindset shift to savor summer’s sweetness (rather than tighten your grip and squeeze every bit of goodness out)

  • Get grounded - present in your body and with Earth

  • Prepare for fall with mindful resourcement - through all of your senses and in a variety of ways; Ayurveda’s guiding principles for self-care

  • First steps to curb burnout

Jump in for all the goodness!
